Jeffrey Holland 'Comedy Friends and Heroes'

TV comedy star Jeffrey Holland and Britain’s Comedy Historian Robert Ross didn’t meet until a Comedy Legends cruise in the autumn of 2018, but it was comedy love at first sight! Now in intimate and candid conversation, Jeffrey shares memories of working on Dad’s Army, Russ Abbot’s Madhouse, Are You Being Served?, It Ain’t Half Hot Mum, Hi-de-Hi!, You Rang, M’Lord? and Oh, Doctor Beeching!; as well as reflecting on his comedy influences and favourites, including Arthur Askey, Peter Sellers, and the bowler-hatted genius who inspired his celebrated, sell-out solo show And This is My Friend Mr. Laurel. Along the way Robert may also recount tales of meeting such comedy greats as Frankie Howerd, Bob Monkhouse, and Norman Wisdom. It’s laughter guaranteed!
